Payment Processing

Payments for RVO Network services are processed via Stripe, Inc.. Stripe enables secure payment processing and billing.

When processing payments, personal data such as name, email address, billing address, payment method details, and transaction metadata may be processed by Stripe. RVO Network does not store complete payment information.

The processing of payment data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Stripe acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data processing may also take place in third countries, in particular the United States. Appropriate safeguards are in place, including participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the use of standard contractual clauses.

Contact via Email

If you contact us via email, the personal data you provide (such as your email address and the content of your message) will be processed solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
