RVO Network provides blockchain RPC infrastructure and related technical services. The scope, features, limits, and availability of services may vary depending on the selected plan, usage tier, or technical conditions.
RVO Network reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue services in whole or in part for operational, security, legal, or economic reasons.
Users must not use the services for unlawful purposes, abusive behavior, excessive or malicious automated traffic, or any activity that interferes with the stability, security, or integrity of the infrastructure.
RVO Network reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the services in the event of violations of these Terms or applicable law.
RVO Network aims to provide reliable and performant services. However, availability, uptime, and response times are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Maintenance, updates, technical changes, or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions.
Support is provided exclusively via email. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on inquiry volume, complexity, and service tier.
RVO Network shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, RVO Network shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (wesentliche Vertragspflichten), and liability shall be limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The services may rely on or integrate third-party systems, networks, or providers. RVO Network assumes no responsibility for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.
RVO Network may update these Terms of Service to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the user is a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Bochum, Germany.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
